Falkland wool is a wonderful fiber choice for beginning spinners.  Bred from Romney, Corriedale, Merino, and Polwarth, it has a slight crimpy texture that's easy to spin and produces a yarn soft enough for garments--especially in our blend of 18.5 Micron Merino and Mulberry Silk.
